Simple Process
How It Works
Fill in the Application
Tell us about your adventure — what you did, where you went, and what challenges you faced. The form takes about 10 minutes.
Get Interviewed
If selected, I'll schedule a 60–90 minute video or phone interview and work around your schedule and timezone.
Enter the $1,000 Draw
All interviewed adventurers are entered in the draw. The winner receives a $1,000 adventure grant to fund their next journey.
Eligibility
What I Look For
A completed long adventure
You must have already completed your adventure — cycling, hiking, sailing, paddling, motorcycle, or similar. I'm looking for journeys of at least 2 months.
A genuine human story
I want the real story — the doubts before leaving, the hardest moments, the unexpected surprises. Not just highlights. I value honesty over perfection.
Willingness to share openly
Our best interviews come from people who are willing to be vulnerable and honest. You don't need to be famous or have a large following — just a real story.
